Shipping & Delivery
Boogey Lights ® uses UPS and USPS with order tracking to customers in the United States. For shipments to Canada we offer UPS Worldwide Standard and Express shipping options (customer is responsible for applicable import taxes and duties).  The available shipping options for your ship-to address are presented at the time of checkout. While UPS is typically more expensive, our experience has been it is more reliable with better on-time deliveries than USPS.    Plus, if you select UPS, service levels are guaranteed with most locations in the midwest and eastern United States receiving next day or two-day service at ground shipping rates. While we are able to ship some orders the same day, we cannot promise it. Nor do we promise delivery dates based on shipping service levels.  Once the shipment is handed off to the shipper you selected, we have no control over the package.  Shipping lead times vary based on time of year and product demand. We post the current lead time on the checkout page.  Generally though you can expect your order to ship within two business days or less after placing the order. This is not a guarantee however.    If you absolutely have to have an order by a specific date, please call us first before placing your order.  We can give you our best guess at that time as to when the order will ship.   Larger orders or orders that require some customization typically take an extra day or two to prepare for shipment.  US locations east of the Mississippi can expect delivery to typically be 2 or 3 days ground. US delivery locations west of the Mississippi are typically 4-6 days ground. Time estimates do not include weekends. We can not guarantee delivery dates for FREE SHIPPING options. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date we suggest contacting us first to confirm current shipping lead times and then selecting an expedited UPS shipping method. 

FREE Ground Shipping! Retail customer orders of $149 or more receive FREE ground shipping to locations within the continental United States.

Canadian customers are responsible for applicable import taxes and duties. Refused Canadian shipments will incur additional charges for return shipping deducted from refunds.

International Shipping. Yes! We offer International shipping through our shipping partner, GLOBALSHOPEX.  GlobalShopex is a trusted partner of Boogey Lights and is happy to provide you with a hassle free shipping experience to locations outside the US and Canada.  To ship your order internationally, simply click the INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT button on your shopping cart.  Global Shopex will handle all aspects of the transaction from there. 


Warranty Information
The Boogey Lights® original-owner warranty is only available to customers who purchase genuine Boogey Lights® product from this website OR an authorized Boogey Lights® dealer and present the original sales receipt from that dealer. THIS WARRANTY IS NULL AND VOID IN THE ABSENCE OF AN ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT FROM AN AUTHORIZED BOOGEY LIGHTS® DEALER. Return Policy
If you purchase an item online on this website or placed a phone order with us and are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 30 days for a refund of the cost of the merchandise. Customized products such as our BUILD YOUR OWN KITS and LOW PROFILE LED STRIPS which are cut to order may not be eligible to be returned at all OR may have a restocking fee up to 40% associated with them due to the customization making them difficult to resell as new. The extent of the customization and/or popularity of the item that was customized will determine what we can do on a case by case basis. In addition, some products - usually large format vehicle light kits - may have a restocking fee associated with them due to the considerable time associated with producing the product, shipping costs and the somewhat custom nature of most of these large light kits making the LEDs used in building the kit difficult to resell in any other form.  If so, a restocking fee up to 30% may be applied to the return. Some products will have the percentage stated on the product page.   We do not refund shipping costs unless the reason for the return was our error.  To qualify for a refund under this policy the following requirements must be met:

- Item(s) must be returned to our Florence KY distribution center in new condition with all components as originally sold.
- Item(s) being returned must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form obtain from Boogey Lights®. To obtain an RMA number for a return, click here and select the RMA option in the drop-down box..
- Item(s) should be returned to us via a traceable shipping method such as UPS with delivery confirmation and all shipping costs pre-paid.


If an item is returned and falls outside the above criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return completely OR subject the return to a 20% handling and restocking fee. In addition, we will not automatically ship back an unauthorized return. Customer will be required to pay for return shipping charges in these cases.   Refunds for custom ordered items may be rejected entirely, refunded only via store credit and/or subject to additional fees depending upon the nature of the customization. In all cases, refunds are issued for the price of the merchandise ONLY and only using the same payment method used to make the original purchase. If the original payment form of purchase is unavailable for return processing, a company check will be issued. If you have any questions as to how this return policy applies to your purchase, we urge you to contact our Customer Care department before proceeding with your purchase.

Refunds for orders that are returned and meet the requirements as set forth herein will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt of the merchandise. Email confirmation of the refund is sent to the email address on file for the original order.   


Payment, Pricing & Promotional Policy
For purchases made and shipment to the United States we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Paypal Pay Later and Wire Transfers. We also accept Purchase Orders for pre-approved customers. Large orders and orders where the "ship-to address" does not match the "bill-to address" may be subject to verification via phone which could delay the order at least one business day. Sales tax (currently 6%) is collected on orders shipped to addresses in the State of Kentucky. For purchases made and shipment to Canada we accept Paypal, Wire Transfers and Purchase Orders from pre-approved customers.  Sorry, we cannot process Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express payments for international shipments. 

PROMOTIONAL POLICY:
We occasionally issue promotional discount coupon codes for items we sell on our website. The coupon codes we issue and authorize are subject to the following terms and conditions:

- Unless otherwise noted on the coupon, all coupon codes are issued with a minimum spend requirement which is based on the product value; not taxes, shipping or services. This minimum spend requirement is detailed with the coupon code. 
- All coupon codes include an expiration date. We do not issue open ended coupon codes. The expiration time is at 12:01 am eastern time on the date the coupon expires.
- Only one coupon code can be used at a time.
- The coupon code must be entered by the customer at the time of checkout on the payment page on BoogeyLights.com. Failure to do so does not entitle the customer to a refund of the coupon discount amount after the sale. We cannot retro-actively apply coupon discounts for orders already placed.
- All coupon codes we issue are non-negotiable and have no cash value.
- All coupon codes are valid for DOMESTIC orders only.  They do not apply to international shipments or international checkout. 
- Unless specifically noted on the coupon, coupons are valid for one use per customer.
- All offers are subject to change without notice. 
- We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order if in our opinion the coupon used was unauthorized or used in or on an unintended product or product category, ineligible, obtained illegally or altered in any way.



Tracking & Viewing Orders
When you place an order on our website you will receiving an email confirming your order. This is your receipt. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing the tracking information and the carrier. If you opted to register with us at the time you placed your order you can also track your order by logging into your Boogey Lights online account All order history is maintained in our online system. This also makes it easy to track your warranty information.


Order Acceptance
Boogey Lights reserves the right to refuse any order at any time. In the event we refuse an order, we will promptly refund any monies paid by the customer and suggest they find another vendor to assist them. The most common reason we refuse an order is due to the behavior of the customer who in our view, will be difficult - perhaps impossible - to please. There are unfortunately some customers who are never satisfied. They typically have unrealistic expectations or their behavior is such that it makes it difficult to communicate or work effectively with them. In those thankfully limited instances our experience has been the sooner we can identify a potential conflict in the sales cycle the better for both parties. The last thing we want to do is sell our products to a customer who won't be satisfied with the outcome.

Updating Account Information
If you opted to register with us at the time you placed your order, your account information is maintained on our site. This information can be viewed, updated or removed at any time at your direction. Click the link to access your Boogey Lights online account.
