Warranty Registration

If you purchased your Boogey Lights® LED light kit from somewhere other than Boogey Lights® directly, use this form to register your product purchase for warranty.   Purchases made directly from Boogey Lights® (either via the website or phone) are automatically registered for warranty.

All fields marked with * are required. Upon successful submission you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it within 5–10 minutes, check your spam/promotions folder. The information you provide on this form is used only to register your purchase with us and not for marketing or promotional purposes.   Be sure to include a copy of the purchase receipt (you can upload it using this form).   Our warranty is valid only if purchased directly from Boogey Lights® or from an authorized Boogey Lights® dealer or reseller with proof of purchase.    A complete version of the Boogey Lights® warranty can be found at www.BoogeyLights.com/warranty/.
