Car LED Foot Well Interior Light Kit
Light up your front seat foot well area with a Boogey Lights® LED light kit!
The kit includes 36 LEDs that will light the foot well area on most standard cars. Offered in both single color and multi-color LEDs. For multi-color you can light up the foot well area with any of seven different colors and animate them with special effects using the optional wireless RF remote control OR, use your Bluetooth enabled smartphone and our FREE IOS/ANDROID app to control the lights. We offer an optional ADD-ON rear seat LED light kit if you want to light up the foot wells in the rear seat (under the front seats). All 5050 LEDs offered in this kit are based on our low-profile surface mounted LED strips.
INSTALLATION INFO
In most cases this car interior foot well LED light kit is installed along with another light kit – often our Under-Glow light kit. In those situations it's common to connect the foot well interior LEDs to zone 2 of our dual zone controller (assumes multi-color installation). It doesn't have to be this way but it's a common configuration. Whether or not you're connecting these interior foot well LEDs to another light kit installation, the mounting of the LED strips is the same. GEN2 LED CONTROLER - PLUS VERSION
Our GEN2 LED Controllers are based on the Bluetooth 5 chip set family which provide fast response times and the best possible RF/Bluetooth transmission distance. This kit includes our GEN 2 Wireless RF + Bluetooth RGB LED Controller with KEY FOB style remote and Brake Flash feature. Maximum capacity is 300 LEDs (5 amps total). This controller is designed to be used with RGB/Multi-Color LEDs. In addition to ON/OFF, this controller provides DIMMING, STROBBING and FLASHING capabilities. Plus, this LED controller will work with your Android® or iOS® Smart phone equipped with Bluetooth (max of 16 million color possibilities). With the included RF remote you can change between 7 colors (Red, Green, Blue, White, Light Blue, Lime Green/Yellow, Hot Pink/Purple) and functions of on/off, blending, strobing, breathing, flashing, fading and dimming. You can also use your Bluetooth enabled smart phone to create that custom look with over 16 million different color combinations plus three pre-sets and color rotation programming. It will also work with the included keyfob wireless remote. You get the best of both worlds. This controller is our PLUS SERIES and measures 2-1/2" x 1-3/4" x 7/8".

OTHER ITEMS YOU MAY NEED
No two installation scenarios are the same. Not everyone shares the same installation quality goals. Some folks are OK with twisting wires together, others want to solder them. Some folks are OK with running wires where they may be seen or unprotected to save money/time, others want a tidy, clean install without any wires showing. Some folks are OK with mounting their LED strips to whatever surface they can find, others want to take the time necessary to build out appropriate mounting surfaces to provide the best lighting effect on their vehicle. The point is it's not possible to provide all the materials necessary for all installation scenarios and quality goals. Our light kits provide the essential components needed for a high-quality, functioning lighting system. Installation of our light kit to your specific vehicle may however require additional items to make it look and fit the way you want. This is particularly the case with electrical wiring and mounting of LED strips. Before proceeding with your installation we suggest you consider THESE OTHER ITEMS.
WILL BOOGEY LIGHTS® WORK WITH OTHER BRANDS?
The short answer is probably not. All Boogey Lights® RGB LED strips are COMMON CATHODE LEDS. They share a common ground and will only work with positively switched controllers. Most LED strips on the market today are COMMON ANODE because the controller technology used to power them is less expensive to manufacture. However they're not nearly as bright and are an overall inferior design when compared with COMMON CATHODE LEDs. For more information, click the button below.
WHY BOOGEY LIGHTS®?
Unlike most every other light kit out there, these light kits are ACCENT LIGHT KITS. When mounted properly, you'll never see the LED lights themselves. You'll only see the glow from the LEDs. Configurations
This product has a number of configuration options. The base kit includes LED strips for each front seat foot well. You can however also add two rear seat foot well LEDs too.
Single-Color Lighting Configurations
- No Switch (default). Lights will need to be wired into your existing existing switch. Make sure the circuit you're connecting to is capable of handling the amperage draw. This option is for Single Color LEDs.
- Wireless RF ON/OFF with Key Fob. A simple wireless ON/OFF remote with 2 handheld remotes. The wireless ON/OFF remote is capable of switching a maximum of 5 amps. Single Color LEDs only.
- Wireless RF ON/OFF/DIM/STROB/FADE/BREATH with Key Fob. A step up from the ON/OFF wireless remote that gives you the ability to also dim, strob, fade and "breath" the LEDs.
Multi-Color Lighting Configuration
